Ryan was our technician and he was professional, respectful, and friendly. He took the time to ask and understand exactly what we wanted done to our carpet. We had an elderly dog and Ryan was very thorough and got all the stains and smells out. I was pleasantly surprised that he left our carpet feeling and looking like new! He also took great care in protecting our hardwood floors, baseboards and furniture. I am more than pleased with the experience we had, and it was all thanks to Ryan and the quality work that was delivered! I highly recommend TNT!

What a great company to use, called them to do duct cleaning cause my contractor did a poor job at doing it. i called thema and they were out the next day. Trey was the tech that came out, he was masked up due to covid and made us feel great about a stranger being in the home. he explained the process and what he is going to do. he was in and out without a mess and cleaned the duct work great we can no longer here things tumbling around and it feels as if we have better air flow. they are not the cheapest but not the most spendy out there. we had the “cheapest” company come out and 5 days later had to call these guys. and i wish we would of just used these guys first. top notch grade A company!

What a great company! We moved into our new home and had difficulties breathing because of the previous owners pet hair and dander that had filled the house. They cleaned our carpets and ducts and it made all the difference with our allergies! They were very flexible to work with our busy schedule and had great communication! I had never had my carpets cleaned in my current home. When I grew up, my mom had our carpets cleaned every year by different companies. There were some ok ones and some not good ones at all. I was worried about who to pick. I was referred to this company and decided to try them. I was so impressed with the quality of work AND personal service. Very polite, knowledgeable, and even offered additional services I didn’t know they gave. One was cleaning my kitchen tile and regrouting it for me! I will use these guys again every year like my mom does!
